Shipping Policy

At this time, we only accept orders that ship to U.S. addresses. Within the U.S., we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping fees are flat fees based on the method of service chosen. When placing your order, please indicate your preferred delivery method.

Please refer to the charts below to calculate shipping costs.

Delivery Time Estimates (Business Days)

Orders are only shipped on Business Days. Please note that Business Days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Standard Delivery - UPS Ground Delivery Time

We make every attempt to send out orders as quickly as possible. Orders received for in-stock merchandise will be shipped within 48 hours. Please allow for approximately 3-7 Business Days from the shipment date for your order to arrive.

Expedited Shipping Delivery Times

UPS 3 Day Select
In-stock items may be shipped to the contiguous United States via 3 Day Select. You can expect your order to arrive within three (3) full Business Days when placed by 12:00pm PST, Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. NOTE: All orders placed after 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday, will be processed the next Business Day, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

UPS 2nd Day Air
In-stock items may be shipped to any qualified U.S. address (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) via 2nd Day Air service. For the contiguous U.S., Alaska or Hawaii, you can expect your order to arrive within two (2) full Business Days when placed by 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. For Puerto Rico, you can expect your order to arrive within three (3) full Business Days when placed by 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. NOTE: All orders placed after 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday, will be processed the next Business Day, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

UPS Overnight (Next Day Air Saver)
In-stock items may be shipped to the contiguous Unites States via Overnight Service. You can expect your order to arrive within one (1) full Business Day when placed by 12:00pm PST, Monday -Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. NOTE: All orders placed after 12:00pm PST Monday-Friday, will be processed the next Business Day, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Saturday Delivery

Please note that we do not currently provide for Saturday delivery.

P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses

We sincerely apologize, but we are currently unable to accept orders shipping to P.O. Boxes or Military Addresses (Army Post Office “APO” or Fleet Post Office “FPO” addresses.) All orders must be shipped to a physical address.

Carrier

UPS is our domestic carrier of choice.

Insurance

All items are insured against loss or damage while in transit from 30 Ponte V to the shipping address. Once items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer insured.

Signature

We generally do not require a signature for package delivery. However, a signature is required for orders of $600 or more.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification with shipping details and tracking information.

Registered Customers: If you are a registered 30 Ponte V customer, you may also track your order by logging in using your e-mail address and password. Click on “My Account” then click on the order you would like to review. Your order details, including tracking information, will be displayed.

Shipping Delays

Please note that occasionally items ordered together may not be available for shipment at the same time.  We will do our best to ship the entire order to you at once, however, if we need to send you more than one shipment, you’ll only be charged once for the shipping charges that apply to your order. 

In addition, items may occasionally be temporarily out-of-stock. In that case, you would be alerted immediately and provided an approximate date of shipment.

Finally, please note that all shipping delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to a number of factors beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, holiday-related delays or other unforeseen circumstances. 30 Ponte V, Inc. is not responsible for such delays.
