Returns & Exchanges Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, gladly accepts returns within 14 days of the date of delivery. Unless clearly noted otherwise on the product page, all unused, undamaged merchandise may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price plus any applicable tax. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Sale merchandise marked as "Final Sale" is not eligible for return.

Return Procedures

(1)   All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date of delivery.

(2)   Please confirm that the items are returned new, in their original condition, with all of the tags still attached and intact. Merchandise returned without the original tags attached and intact will not be accepted. All merchandise is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If you find an item to be defective, kindly notify us immediately.

(3)  Include a proof of purchase ("Proof of Purchase") with your return. The shipment notification e-mail, the original order confirmation or the invoice included in your package are all acceptable Proofs of Purchase.

(4)   Fill out the Return Form included in your package. If you do not have the Return Form, please print and use one of the acceptable Proofs of Purchase listed in (3) above. So we can better serve you in the future, please include a note stating why you are returning the merchandise.

(5)   Carefully pack the merchandise in secure packaging. While you may use the original packaging, please be sure to remove or cover any old shipping labels that may be on your return package. We will not accept damaged merchandise due to inadequate packaging.

(6)   For your convenience, we include a pre-printed UPS return label with your package. Simply affix the return label to the outside of your package and give your parcel to UPS within 14 days of the date of delivery. If you use our UPS return label, a flat fee of $8.00 will be deducted from your return.

We recommend that you keep a record of the UPS Tracking Number on your return label for future reference.

You may give your package to any UPS driver, drop it off at a UPS Drop Box or take it to any location that accepts UPS packages for shipment.

If you prefer, you can choose a different return delivery method. In this case, the return shipping will be at your own expense and responsibility. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of your return package.

Processing of Returns

You’ll be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds will only be issued for properly returned merchandise. Returns are processed within 3 Business Days (excluding U.S. federal holidays) of the receipt of merchandise by 30 Ponte V. If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment.

Return Conditions

Any returns that do not meet the above-outlined criteria will not be accepted and will not be issued a refund. In such instances, packages will be sent back to the customer. 30 Ponte V is not responsible for lost returns.

Issues with Merchandise

In the rare event that you received defective or damaged merchandise, or the wrong item was shipped to you, please contact us immediately. We will promptly take whatever corrective action is necessary to assist you with your order.


Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you’d like to replace the item you purchased, simply return it following the Return Procedures above and place a new order on our website.

Gift Returns

An unused gift, in its original packaging along with a proof of purchase (the packing slip accompanying the order), may be returned for a store credit. Please return your gift following the Return Procedures above, and we will issue a store credit within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.
