Ordering, Shipping and Delivery



You may place an order on by following the steps outlined below:

-   Once you choose an item, on the product detail page, enter the desired quantity and click “Add to Shopping Bag.”
-   If you are done shopping, you may review the items in your Shopping Bag for accuracy, then proceed to “Checkout.”
-   Kindly follow the steps in the “Checkout” process until your transaction is complete.
-   Once completed, you’ll get to a screen with a transaction confirmation that says, “Thank you for your order.”
-   Your order will be confirmed with an e-mail that sets forth the complete details of your order, including your order number. Please keep this e-mail for your records. 

At any time during this process, you may contact us if you have any questions.

Canceling or Modifying an Order

Please contact us to modify or cancel an order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Shipping and Delivery

Once your item is dispatched for shipment, you’ll receive another e-mail confirming that your merchandise has been shipped, along with the necessary tracking information for your reference.

Forgotten Password

If at any time you have forgotten your password, simply click on “Log In” and follow the “Forgot Your Password?” link. You will receive a link via e-mail to reset your password.


Payment, Sales Tax and Promotions


Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card will be charged when your merchandise is dispatched for shipment.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is applicable only on orders shipped to an address in the State of California. All other orders shipped within the US, will not be charged sales tax.

Promotions and Discounts

If you have a promotional code, you may enter it in the “Promo Code” box in your Shopping Bag. Once entered, click "SUBMIT." You may enter ONLY ONE promotional code per order.


Out of Stock and Back-Ordered Merchandise

Occasionally, items will be sold out or back-ordered and noted “Out of Stock.” If you are interested in an item that is noted as such, please click on “Notify When Available” and we will contact you immediately when it is back in stock. If we are not planning on re-stocking a particular item, we will notify you immediately and give you an option to special order it, if we can order it from the designer. Not all items may be re-ordered and delivery times vary, depending on the merchandise.


Special Orders

If you see a piece of jewelry, accessory or gift item in a magazine or elsewhere by one of our designers, but can’t find it on our website, please Contact Us and we will do our best to order it for you.

All orders (except for oversized or irregular-sized items), whether indicated as gifts or not, come in our custom gift box, hand tied with a chic black bow.  Rest assured, if you’ve ordered a large or irregular-sized item as a gift, we will still package it beautifully for you.


Gift Message on G. Lalo Stationery

If you are sending a gift and would like to include a gift card with your order, please select the “Gift Message” option during the Check-Out process.  Your gift message will be handwritten on a beautiful G. Lalo deckle-edged, white card luxuriously made on 160-pound cardstock.
